Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Gentle Fool Studio. Every piece is created and handled with care. Because our products include original art, limited prints, handmade books, stone goods and digital downloads, our refund and return policies vary by item type.

## Physical Items (Original Artworks, Prints, Books)
We accept returns for eligible physical items under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within **14 days of delivery**.
- Products must be in original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Before sending an item back, please contact us at gentlefoolstudio@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions and confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within **7 days of delivery** with photos of the issue. We’ll offer either a replacement (when available) or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital downloads or custom digital products
- Commissioned or personalized artworks

- Commissioned or personalized stone goods
- Gift cards

 

Due to the nature of stone products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- Standard in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- Special or custom orders are final and non-refundable.
- All return requests must be authorized in writing before shipping.

Cancelled orders before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please review item descriptions carefully before purchase.

Digital Downloads
Because digital files are accessible immediately after payment, all sales of downloadable products are **final and non-refundable**.
You may re-download previously purchased files using your confirmation email or account login if available.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email update about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled before shipment by contacting [your email address]. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
