Acceptance of Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
Shipping and Delivery
All goods & products sold by Gentle Fool Studio including Original works and prints are shipped through trusted carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier.
Stone Goods
All stone products are natural materials and may vary in color, texture, and pattern.
Descriptions, photographs, and measurements on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations are normal and should be expected.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are available immediately after purchase. These are **non-refundable** and for **personal use only**. No resale, distribution, or modification is permitted without written permission.
Returns and Refunds
Original artwork and books: Returns accepted within 14 days in original condition; buyer pays return shipping.
Prints: Replacements or refunds provided for damaged or defective prints.
Digital downloads: All sales are final.
Due to the nature of stone products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Standard in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- Special or custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Inspection and Claims
Inspect all materials immediately upon delivery. Any defects, shortages, or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims made after installation or modification of materials will not be accepted.
Copyright and Ownership
All artworks, images, text, and files on this site are protected by copyright law. Purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or reuse content without permission.
Personal Use License (for Digital Products)
When purchasing digital art or ebooks, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or modify the file
- Use the artwork for commercial or promotional purposes
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchase price of defective goods.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including weather, shipping delays, or natural disasters.
